1. Introduction & Legal Status

Welcome to Divinemarry.com (“Divine Marry”, “Platform”, “Website”, “App”, “Divya Jyoti Vedic Science LLP”, “Us”, “Our”). This document is a legally binding electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and related policies.

2. Nature of Service

Divine Marry is an online matrimonial intermediary platform. We do not guarantee marriage, compatibility, or outcomes. The Platform only facilitates interaction between consenting users.

3. Eligibility for Membership

• Indian Citizens, NRIs, PIOs, or individuals intending to marry a person of Indian origin
• Women: 18 years and above
• Men: 21 years and above
• Legally competent to marry under applicable laws
• Profiles created by family members must have explicit consent

4. Registration & Profile Information

Accuracy: Members must provide true, complete, and current information.

Prohibited: Fake profiles, impersonation, obscene or unlawful content, duplicate accounts.

5. Member Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

• Independently verify prospective matches
• No financial transactions or solicitation
• No abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior
• Use platform strictly for matrimonial purposes

6. Account Security

Members are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. All activities through an account are deemed authorized by the Member.

7. Communication & Consent

By registering, Members consent to receive communication via Email, SMS, Phone calls, App notifications, and messaging platforms.

8. Paid Memberships & Renewals

• All fees payable in advance
• Payments via authorized gateways (e.g., Razorpay)
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled prior
• All fees are non-refundable

9. Refunds & Guarantees

Refunds or guarantees apply only if expressly stated in writing and do not apply to assisted or customized services.

10. Content Ownership & License

Members retain ownership of their content but grant Divine Marry a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for platform operations and promotion.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Data is handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws. Complete protection against cyber risks cannot be guaranteed.

12. Child Safety & Moral Standards

Strictly 18+ platform. Any child exploitation content results in immediate termination and legal reporting.

13. Limitation of Liability

Divine Marry shall not be liable for match outcomes, disputes, losses, or technical failures. Liability, if any, is limited to the active subscription amount.

14. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice for violations, fraud, or misuse of the Platform.

15. Indemnity

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Divya Jyoti Vedic Science LLP from any claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by Indian law. Courts at Ambala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Modifications

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

18. Final Declaration

Divine Marry exists to honor the sanctity of marriage. Members are encouraged to engage with sincerity and respect.
